Business Development Executive

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for developing and building new business stream of MEP opportunity and building new relationship with new client and maintaining existing ones.


  • Build relationships with prospective clients

  • Maintain consistent contact with existing clients

  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.

  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.

  • Coordinating with the estimation manager to prepare proposals for clients.

  • Contacting potential clients and arrange meetings

  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients

  • Prepaer developing prequalification documents and profile.

  • Analyze market and establish competitive advantage

Must Have

  • Bachelor degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering

  • 3+ years in sales industry

  • Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing demonstrated sales success

  • Experience in managing clients

  • Strong negotiation skills

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • CRM experience is preferred
